Shipping is free within Germany.
DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?
Our online shop only supplies customers within Germany for the time being. You are welcome to contact us by e-mail to email@example.com or by phone on 0621 15 16 79 and we will also make Europe-wide shipping possible for you.
HOW DO EXCHANGES / RETURNS WORK?
Upon receipt of your order, you have a 14-day right of return, except for pieces of jewelry that were specially made for you or altered for you. We only accept returns in the original packaging. The buyer bears the costs of the return.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We usually dispatch your jewelry between 3-4 working days. If a piece of jewelry is changed for you, the delivery time can be extended to up to 2 weeks.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We ship insured with UPS or a private shipping company.
DO I GET A CONFIRMATION FOR MY ORDER?
When your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email.
CAN AN ORDER BE CHANGED AFTER IT'S COMPLETED?
Please send us an e-mail or give us a call and we will of course make the change. We

When an order is completed, you will always receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you haven't received an email, make sure it hasn't ended up in your spam folder.

In our online shop you can pay in advance, by credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express) or PayPal.
CAN I ALSO HAVE A SPECIFIC PIECE MADE IN GOLD?
Have you seen a piece in the online shop that you would like to have made out of gold? This is only possible with certain pieces of jewelry for design reasons. You are welcome to contact us. We will contact you and create a non-binding offer.
I HAVE AN HEIRLOOM THAT I DON'T WEAR. CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE IT?
Of course! We have many ways to remodel an heirloom. Every piece and wearer is different, so you should get in touch with our atelier directly.
